1.Dialogue

Susan Barnes is a derk-typist at raliant insurance. She is an excellent worker. This morning she want to see mr.Harris,the officer manager and handed him a letter saying that she was giving up her job. Mr.Harris didn’t want susan to leave. So he tried to persuade her to change her mind.

(By Phone)

Mr. Harris       : Ms. Susan come to my room please.

Susan             : Yes sir.

(at the room)

Susan             : Why do you calling me sir?

Mr. Harris       : I just read some bad news today that I don’t want to see.

Susan             : What is it?

Mr. Harris       : This letter told me that you’ll giving up your job, is that true?

Susan             : Yes,sir I think I got different situation here.

Mr. Harris       : What is it? Your position?

Susan             : No sir, its nothing to do with it.

Mr. Harris       : Then what is it? Be honest to your boss,you’re a good worker,everyone have to follow you as example

Susan             : Sir you just admire me too much

Mr. Harris       : No im not,I tell you the truth.

Susan             : I apologize sir,but some people here didn’t want me to stay here any longer.

Mr. Harris       : What? Who’s the person that want you to leave from this #1 Office? Tell me ill punish her!

Susan             : No sir,you don’t have to. It won’t help.

Mr. Harris       : Right then,please stay here,you just help this company won some big tender project in this whole country. I personally didn’t want you to retire.

Susan             : I don’t know sir but you makes me feels hard to leave this place.

Mr. Harris       : You know that! That’s why I want you to stay,there’s so many project to do and I don’t know what it would be without your help.

Susan             : Lora and Natasha  always makes me feels want to quit sir,and I can’t take care of it,because they’re leader in this section

Mr. Harris       : Okay I’ll move her to the place to 6^th branch office.

Susan             : Sir it would make they feel that I snitch them to you.

Mr. Harris       : what about I’ll transfer you to 2^nd branch?

Susan             : Its too far from my house,but..

Mr. Harris       : That wouldn’t be necessary, ill transfer you to closer branch.

Susan             : its hard to think I guess.

Mr.Harris        : Yes I know, where do you think it’s a good place for you?

Susan             : I guess 4^th branch on Redneck St. maybe?

Mr. Harris       : No,the people there is rude.

Susan             : Why?

Mr. Harris       : I’ve been there once to do some meeting

Susan             : Then what happened?

Mr. Harris       : They’re careless employee, I would fire them but at that time we’re insufficient employees,that’s why.

Susan             : Maybe I could be they’re examples?

Mr. Harris       : Or maybe you could be kind one of them? That’s the things that I would never to be happened.

Susan             : You could hold my words sir,im different

Mr. Harris       : I know but the situations there its too terrible.

Susan             : I’ll make them better.

Mr.Harris        : You sure?

Susan             : Coun’t on your best worker sir.

Mr. Harris       : Okay ill confirmed your transfer tomorrow,morning.you can work there.

Susan             : Thank you so much Mr.Harris

Mr. Harris       : At least you can enjoy your last day here.

Susan             : I bet I could.Haha.

Mr. Harris       : Don’t be late tomorrow or i’ll assumed you have been part of them

Susan             : I won’t,may I leave now?

Mr. Harris       : Sure

Susan             : Good morning Sir.

Mr. Harris       : Morning.
