The dialogue between Gigih from Jakarta his acquaintance Gavin from Ohio.they meet by chance on Plaza Indonesia Hotel

Gigih  : Hi,Evening!

Gavin : Good evening!

Gigih  : Im talking to Mr..?

Gavin : Ah just call me Gavin,and you?

Gigih  : Gigih,from Jakarta.how about you?

Gavin : Im California,USA.

Gigih  : Oh god California! It’s a great city!

Gavin : Yeah I know.Justin bieber,miley cyrus all of them there Haha.

Gigih  : Yes sure.all of Worldwide superstar there!

Gavin : Yes,youre absolutely right.

Gigih  : have you meet one of them?

Gavin : Im not sure but I have meet Bill murray once just look alike but I don’t know if its real bill murray.

Gigih : It would be awesome Gavin!

Gavin : Not really,actually.

Gigih  : What do you mean? Why?

Gavin : most of superstars is snob,unkindful.so that’s why I don’t really fanatic to             them.

Gigih  : Oh,I should know that.

Gavin : And now you did right? Who’s your favorites Artworker on Hollywood gigih?

Gigih  : Zach Galifianakis,Bradley cooper and Jonah hill from Hangover and 21th Jump                street,I think they’re awesome dude,gavin.

Gavin : That’s whats youngster thought,as always haha.

Gigih  : whats your purpose to be here?

Gavin : I Come for business,to recruiting hi-intelligent Indonesian fresh graduate college students and reward them a scholarship to Ohio university.

Gigih  : Oh.that would be a nice job,whats your position there?

Gavin : Im a Chancellor on Ohio University. Whats your job Mr.Gigih?

Gigih  : That’s an honour to have talk with Chancellor of Ohio University.i just    applicant on this hotel as Hotel Manager.

Gavin : Its my pleasure to to have a seat with Plaza Indonesia Hotel manager Candidate.tell me how is the Job security at Indonesia?

Gigih  : It depends on what are you going in with,but the government and Company owner make an effort as much as they could to make their employees safe.what about you Mr.Gavin?

Gavin : On Ohio,every workers given the insurance by the government to prevent and minimize the work accident.

Gigih  : That must be comfy to work there.

Gavin : Technically,yes. And tell me how your government/Stakeholders pay the salaries for the employees?

Gigih  : They transfer the money via bank.The salaries is include the transportation and money table for a month.and there?

Gavin : Not so different with yours.

Gigih  : How about Stake holders’s decision being Made?

Gavin : Its firmly told,that for the violator will got cut ther salaries of by 30%.

Gigih  : Same with you.Is there the benefits by work on USA?

Gavin : Is an Obvious gigih,you’ll got paid much bigger than on your place,because they’ll pay you with US Dollar.it’d be multiplied.

Gigih  : But the people,here’s better I guess.And the stakeholders will easily give you promotion,if your education grade is higher with bigger salaries and job position.

Gavin : I guess so,In America no matter what grades you are,if you want a promotion get it hard as you can! It means you’ll spend more times at work,and I can’t.

Gigih : Sorry Sir but my name just called by the hotel owner,I’ve got to go to do interview.

Gavin : It’s a pleasure to talk to you gigih,bye!

Gigih  : Bye!
