It’s the one of the important kind of things to do if they did good,workers would get appreciated or achieved to do better works,but unfortunately some of worker have any different behavior some of them lazy and some of diligent workers.
Manager Rating (8)
As a manager on the office,they have to give achievement to their best employees,but just a bit of manager get achievement from chief director because the competition is getting harder and the manager wages is good enough without any achievement.

As a staff on a company most of workers have to feel ‘comfort’ on a place where they worked in.the another employees behavior and the job is the point to decide whats workers feels about the job.

Feeling in on a things, its sounds unprofessional for high degrees manager.as a well-graduated workers they have to professional in ANY kind of situations they paid for what they do,if they must face some problem with their employees its not a big deal because they must taking care of it  wisely.

Everyone’s has their own problems,problem causes some of works not going well,that’s why some workers needs more understanding for their personal problems,like give their day offs.because workers is a human too,right?

From all of the survey thing, sympathetic understanding and personal problem get the worst rating because as a high graduated person and leader on the section,they have to do superprofessinal to do the job,they motivates their men.but manager’s boss didn’t motivates them,so in my opinion do anything by yourself.carefully.

Highest Rating that every labor need,doesn’t matter if they’ll paid high or low wages.they have to feel save at work.
Manager Rating (1)
Same as the labor,managers have to feel save when they do the job in case to keep their life save.

Good Wages

Everyone have a needs,to fulfill some needs,they need money.thats the reason most of workers pick Good Wages as number 2 on the survey.
Manager Rating (3)
For manager it goes to number three.because if you well-graduated it’s an obvious that you’ll get better salary than high-school graduate workers. Just be easy.

Interesting Work

Work nowadays is just like find needle in haystack,too hard to handle.maybe its the reason  why workers put interesting work as number 9,because all they want is money to fulfill their needs.



Manager Rating (2)
Most of company needs well-graduated workers and put them on a high position.but well-graduated person have to pick carefully the job offers and plan it for their future. I think its one of most important element for managers.

Promotion and Growth with the company

Workers need a promotion just to appreciate their loyalties to the company for many years and increase their salaries.

The managers need promotion if they think they deserve it.when they make a good effort they worth it.

They don’t want to be fired at the time when they get older because its hard to get a job with that age,and they don’t want to go work like outsourcing workers that could be laid off anytime,that’s why workers really need Company loyalty to workers

They need it too but not as big as workers because if you’re well-graduated people,some company still used you even when you’re not young anymore

Every workers want a safe and comfort place to do the job,I think it’s the important think for the workers

Manager needs a comfort spot place too,to work but its not a big deal enough if you have to work superprofessional.

Discipline

Most of labors hate being discipline,that’s why they put it on the worst rate.
Manager Rating (7)
They have to control the worker for being discipline just to make do the job on time,because if its not on time the company will take more disadvantage.
